Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the course fees is payable to reserve your place on the requested course. Please ensure you have booked your place by telephone first to ensure that spaces are available.
The balance of course fees is payable in full 14 days prior to the commencement of the first course date. Failure to do so will open the place for another applicant and your deposit will be forfeited.
If you have a agreed instalment plan you must make sure payment is made on time or you will incur interest charge of 27p per late day.
Cancellations - cancellation of any course will result in the forfeiting of all monies paid for the relevant course regardless of notice given.
Course date re-scheduling -
• Over 1 weeks’ notice - a £10 fee will be charged
• Between 1 week and 48 hours’ notices - a charge will be made amounting to
25% of total course fees
• Less than 48 hours’ notice - all monies paid will be forfeited and no alternative date offered

Payments made cannot be transferred to other courses or to other persons.
No refunds will be issued in the event of a student failing to attend a confirmedcourse.
It is the responsibility of the applicant, having referred to relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course if suitable for their requirements. Premier are pleased to provide advice, but will accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual expectations.
Premier Training Academy reserves the right to cancel the course and the rightto decline applications. In the event of cancellation, our liability will be limited to a refund of the course fees or deposits paid.
All students are required to observe and abide by all policies regarding health and safety and any other regulation set out by Premier and Laser School.

Ground Rules
As a group of learners on the level 2, level 3 and Laser hair removal course, we agree that:
We shall come to the session on time
We will make sure we are dressed in the correct uniform
We shall respect each other regardless of race, religion, sex, age, disability, special needs and not judge anyone.
We shall include all.
We shall value differences
No discrimination allowed.
We shall respect each other’s views
We should treat each other equally
We shall not use foul language in class
We will listen to each other and our teacher
We shall put our phones on silent and if it is an emergency take the phone call out side of the class room.
No food or drink will be allowed other than break time
We will do our homework on time
We will meet our deadlines
We shall arrange our models/clients for practical.

STUDENT PUNCTUALITY-ATTENDANCE-ASSESSMENT-EXAM CONTRACT
The college expects all the students to attend every timetabled session on time. The students are expected to begin their work at the scheduled start of each timetabled session in order to benefit from the prompt start time and to use maximum learning time.

The expectation is 100% Punctuality and Attendance.

Similarly, there will be an undertaking on the college’s part to ensure that learning starts on time and runs for the scheduled time. Alternative arrangements will be made when a tutor has an unplanned absence.

Additional classes:

If a student’s misses a class then no extra class will be arranged if the student feels they require an additional class then this will be arranged at an additional cost of £35 per hour.

Assessment/Exam/Course Fees

If a student fails a practical assessment twice then a fee of £20 will be charged to resist. If a student fails anexam then resit fee will be £30 per exam. All students are required to carry out assessment under salon conditions on paying clients. The college holds no responsibility for arranging clients. Students need to arrange paying clients/models which should cover the range of specific unit which meet the VTCT requirements for assessments.

Full payment for course fee must be settled prior to course start date. If an instalment plan has been agreed the student needs to ensure that they do not miss a payment. If student defaults an instalment then interest of 27p will be charged per day.

Please note the fee is non-refundable/non - exchangeable/ non-transferable.

The student will not be allowed to sit any exam or assessment if they have a course fee outstanding. I understand the full balance needs to be cleared 8 weeks prior to the course finishing. The college has the right to refuse to offer you a class if payment has not been settled.

STUDENT CONTRACT WITH THE COLLEGE



I accept and agree to abide by the colleges scheme to have high expectations of my punctuality and attendance. I understand that I will benefit to the full from my programme of study if I attend every class on time. I intend to strive for 100% Punctuality and Attendance.I understand that if I am not able to attend a lesson, I need to contact the college and inform them with an adequate reason.I understand if I miss a lesson another class will not be arranged and I will need to catch up with the rest of the class. If I require an additional class then I will need to pay an additional cost of £35 per hour. I understand that I am responsible for arranging clients and I am aware that there is a fee to resist assessment and exams. I understand that I need to settle my fee in full prior to starting the course or if I have a instalment plan I need to abide by the agreement. I agree to follow the code of ethics, code of conduct, ground rules. I have a copy of the student handbook/learner handbook. I have read all the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
