The location for this testing session is at the Texas Health Sports Concussion Center in Plano. This test is required for all new athletes to Shelton,  athletes who will be in grades 6,8,10,12 for the 2019-2020 school year and for anyone who has never taken this test while at Shelton who is planning on participating in Athletics. Testing will take place on Monday, July 8 at 4:00pm. Please be there by 3:45pm. The athlete must bring the completed ImPACT worksheet, completed by a parent,  to the testing.  This worksheet can be found on the Athletics website in the ImPACT Testing Session, where you are registering for the ImPACT test. Again, the athlete must have this worksheet in order to take the test! Prior to the testing session, a reminder email will be sent with more details of the test to those who have registered. No physical activity can be done at least 3 hours prior to taking this test.
