Professional Development Sign In
Wallace Grade School faculty and staff will use the form to sign in for meetings/trainings.  This information will be used as proof of attendance in regard to the issuance of professional development hours (CPDUs).  

Additionally, teachers seeking professional development hours, must complete the evaluation form, which can be found at www.wallacegs.org > Faculty & Staff > PD Evaluation.
