Mill Creek Academy PTA Positions Nomination Form for Elections 2025-2026 
On Tuesday, April 1st, the MCA PTA will hold elections!  If you would like to nominate yourself, please fill out form below. You must be a current PTA member (at least 30 days membership). The positions are listed below. You can nominate yourself for your top three choices. If you would like to learn more about the positions, please visit here.

This Google Form will close at 9:00 PM on March 28, 2025.  All nominations will be voted on at the PTA meeting on Tuesday, April 1st @ 4:00 PM in the MCA Media Center.

Board meetings will be held once a month, time and dates TBD. All Executive Board Members are asked to attend, all others are greatly encouraged to attend.
