Employee Relations
The main responsibility of Employee Relations members is to help out the NCIS community with any situation that may arise, whether it be on a professional or personal level. These members are responsible for checking up on any and all NCIS community members and supporters who may be feeling down based on the weekly Mental Health Awareness announcement. They also have other fun tasks such as conducting Member’s Feedback interviews, Know-Us-Better interviews and replying to #safe-space posts.
