The EUAA “Practical Guide on Interviewing Applicants with Religion-based Asylum Claims” – content, opportunities and challenges from churches´ perspectives on 8th June 2023, 11.00-12.30 (Brussels time) on zoom
The EU asylum Agency EUAA earlier this year launched a ““Practical Guide on Interviewing Applicants with Religion-based Asylum Claims”.
This guide contains a number of recommendations and suggestions, which churches had made e.g. in the context of conversions in the asylum procedure. It is therefore of potentially great importance for the way in which interviews of asylum applicants with religion based claims are interviewed.
CCME therefore invites representatives of EUAA and churches in Europe to share and discuss about the guide, its content and future use.
