If you would like to request a class change for either first or second semester please complete the form below.

Once you submit, your counselor will review your request. You will be notified by email if your request has been approved or denied. Your counselor may contact you if needed.

The last day to request a schedule change is Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

Completion of this form is NOT a guarantee that the request will be granted. We do not grant requests for specific teachers. We also do not grant requests to be placed in a class with friends or specific blocks. Classes are scheduled based on availability.
