Thank you so much for your interest of teaching a workshop at the Chesapeake Herb Gathering, we truly appreciate it! We are excited to co-create in community a weekend full of amazing knowledge, art, community and more!
We are unable to take timing requests for workshop slots. All of our teachers/performers receive free attendance to the gathering as well as free camping (no cabins are available onsite of our location, though hotels are nearby in Frederick and we are significantly closer to the DC and Baltimore areas than in years past.) In the spirit of building community we ask that all teachers plan to attend the entire event from beginning until end and help spread the word to their online newsletter and social media networks!
Deadline for proposals is March 31, 2019. We thank you for your interest and plan to make final decisions by Late Spring 2019 (but hopefully before), we will email you if your proposal is selected - due to the amount of proposals we receive we are not able to email those who are not selected.
