Chi Alpha Formal Sign-up
Sign up here for Chi Alpha's "A Night Under the Stars" themed formal! The occasion is Friday, February 9th beginning at 7pm at Omni Place Event Center (7331-B Lee Hwy, Fairlawn). Tickets are $10. There will be dancing, hors d'oeuvres and drinks, a photo booth and all your friends! Please request a song that you'd like to dance to below on this form (there will be no opportunities for song requests during the event). Dress as formally as you'd like.
