Company Rules
1. ATTENDANCE: Students will only be excused from the rehearsals as noted on this form. Students will stay to the end of the scheduled rehearsal time and abide by call times for tech rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and productions. Students must be in school the entire day in order to participate in that day’s rehearsal or performance. Doctor/dentist appointments may be excused at the attendance window with a note from the doctor. Two unexcused absences will lead to dismissal from the show.
2. GRADES/CAREER CREDIT: Students must possess at least a 2.0 GPA and have no "F"s at the end of each grading period and at progress report time.
3. BE PREPARED/ACCEPT DIRECTION: Students will be at rehearsal/performances on time and prepared and will meet the director’s expectations for memorization on dates specified. Students will follow directions given by the director, stage manager, and producer during all rehearsals, technical work sessions, and productions.
4. BEHAVIOR: Students will be kind and respectful at all times. Students will not take photos or post anything without the participant's permission.
5. PHOTOS/VIDEOS: Students consent that their photo or video may be taken by Sherwood High School and authorized representatives and used for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

Audition Guidelines
Auditions will be after school on Friday, January 19th beginning at 3:30 in the auditorium and black box theatre, F350. We will all meet in the auditorium to split into two groups: singing and dancing, and then switch halfway through. 

Students will be expected to prepare 32 bars of music (about one minute) to present to the director. You must submit the musical track to the director (jdalton@sherwood.k12.or.us by Wednesday, January 17th (also when the audition form is due). If you need help finding a musical number, contact Mrs. Shuckerow or use this resource. 

Callbacks (only be for those who are being considered for a principal role) will be announced over the weekend, and will be held on Monday, January 22nd from 3:30-6. Cast list will be posted Wednesday evening.
