Assumption of Risk:

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations that CCL may impose on me regarding the care of the cats/kittens and my attendance on the premises. I agree to undertake all activities in a responsible and respectful manner. If I am unwilling or unable to follow the rules, CCL will terminate my participation and may expel me from the premises. I will not be entitled to a refund. 

I have no physical or emotional issues (included but not limited to) any allergies, or otherwise that would adversely affect my ability to interact with the rescue cats/kittens in a safe and appropriate manner. I agree to follow the rules and guidelines for safe interaction with the animals in the cat lounge at all times. I will not participate in any activity that will injure or otherwise hurt the cats/kittens in any manner. 

I acknowledge that interacting with cats/kittens may not be supervised and all CCL staff may not be with me for the duration of my visit. CCL staff will remain on the premises to periodically monitor the activity of all patrons and animals, offer guidance and encouragement, and be available to assist in the event of any questions or difficulties. 

I am aware of and fully understand there are inherent dangers involved with the interaction of animals (cats/kittens) on the premises, including the risk of damage, personal injury, and death to myself, other persons, my property, and/or property of others. I further acknowledge that I will be participating in the activities in an indoor environment at the Premises. Pregnant or Nursing people should be aware of the risks. Participation at the Premises potentially exposes me to infectious disease including but not limited to Covid-19, feline zoonotic diseases, and could potentially be at the risk of serious illness and death from these. I knowingly and freely assume all possible risks, injury, harm and loss related to the lounge or any cat-related activities , including illness and infectious diseases such as Covid19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of Cups & Claws LLC, its staff, volunteers, or any related entity including AA Mahnantji LLC and all of its affiliates- as well as any shelter or Rescue organization related to Cups & Claws LLC.
