1) Message Requests Before placing your order, check for availability on the main KMHS page. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MESSAGE CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING Message requests are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
2) Message Confirmation After completing the message request form and selecting submit, you will receive an email confirmation when the message has been approved. Once submitted and received, the date is being held for your message. Confirmed messages are non-refundable and payment is due.
3) Payment The cost for each message is $20 per side of the marquee, payable by cash, money order or cashier's check. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED) Payments should be made payable to Make-a-Wish and include your message posting date. Payment must be received within 5 days of message request submission and at least 3 days prior to the day the message is to be posted. PAYMENTS NOT MEETING THIS DEADLINE MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION. Payments should be delivered to the Kings Mountain High School Front Office, attention Mrs. Boyst or Mrs. Blackburn. Please do not mail your payment – Mounties-Make-a-Wish cannot be responsible for delayed payments and any subsequent cancellations.
4) Disclaimers Messages will be edited for content. . ACTUAL POSTING TIME MAY VARY - IT IS OUR GOAL TO POST MESSAGES BY 12:00 PM OF THE SCHEDULED POSTING DAY.
Marquee messages are a fundraiser administered by Mounties-Make-a-Wish. Payment for a message is a donation and is a tax write-off. A receipt will be issued for this contribution, so make sure to include your address on the marquee message form.
