Route set up: Signs installation in Spanish Banks and Stanley Park (Sat, June 28th) and removal (Sun, June 29th) - Afternoon both days
Logistics: Assist with the setup and breakdown of the event, manage equipment distribution, and ensure that all logistical needs on the route are met (5am to 11am)
Parking control: Vehicle logistics to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and maximize safety for all attendees (5:00am - 10am)
ID checks: Handle beer garden ID checks and check-ins, distribute information packets and gifts, manage onsite registrations, and answer general queries about the event. (9am to 12 pm)
Registration: Handle participant check-in, distribute information packets and gifts, manage onsite registrations, and answer general queries about the event. (5am to 10am)
Rest Stop (Prospect Point): Set up and manage rest stops along the route, provide refreshments and first aid, and offer encouragement and support to participants (Stanley Park - 5:30am to 9:30am)
Family Ride Coordinators: Specifically manage the family ride segment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for families with young children, coordinate the scavenger hunt, and engage with families (8am to 11am)
Route Marshals: Stationed along the route to provide directions, assist participants, monitor safety, and communicate any issues back to event control (5:30am to 10am)
