The purpose of this survey is to ensure that your voice and feedback regarding Title I funding and its use are heard. Your responses will directly inform planning and the development of future supports for Title I schools.
As of January 15, 2026, there are 25 Title I school sites within the Norfolk Public School Division. Before completing the survey, please review the key components of Title I outlined below:

Federal Funding: Title I is a federally funded program that provides financial assistance to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) serving schools with high concentrations of poverty.

Focus on Low-Income Students: Eligibility is determined by the number or percentage of students from low-income families, often measured through participation in the free or reduced-price lunch program.

Academic Support and Improvement: Title I funds support high-quality instruction, professional development for educators, and family engagement initiatives designed to improve student academic outcomes.
