WHAT:The CWEA SF Bay Section’s Professional Development Committee (PDC) will be holding a full-day seminar on Wastewater Disinfection. Topics to be covered include chlorine, chloramine, peracetic acid, and UV disinfection technologies including disinfection-related math for Operators, common issues and process control strategies, tracer and pilot studies and results, testing and permitting, and technology validation for Title 22. In addition, we will tour DSRSD’s UV facility!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:Operators, Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C), Laboratory Personnel, Engineers, Maintenance Planners, Regulators and Compliance Officers, and anyone interested in learning more about wastewater disinfection!
