This form is for you to nominate to represent Hockey Albury Wodonga at any of the following: NSW State Championships, Canberra Carnival, Goulburn Carnival.
The 2023 NSW State Championships are: (N.B These teams will be selected through a training and trial process - all players who nominate will start in a training squad. The final team will be selected at least one month from the Championship.)
U18 Boys 5 -7 May Illawarra Hockey Centre & Croome Rd.
U18 Girls 19-21 May Macarthur Regional Complex Millwood Ave Narellan.
U15 Boys 26-28 May Jubilee Park Wagga Wagga.
U15 Girls 16-18 June Grafton Hockey Centre Fisher Park Oliver St Grafton.
U13 Girls 7-9 July Central Coast Hockey Park.
U13 Boys 14-16 July Tamworth Hockey Complex.
Canberra Carnival: There will be no selection trials for these teams. We will aim to provide an opportunity for all players to attend.
Under 11, 13 and 15's Long Weekend in June (10-12 June)
Goulburn Carnivals: There will be no selection trials for these teams. We will aim to provide an opportunity for all players to attend.
Under 18 Boys and Girls: Sunday 23 April
Under 15 Boys and Girls: Sunday 14 May
Under 13 Boys and Girls: Sunday 25 June
Under 11 Boys and Girls: Sunday 20 August
By submitting this form the player nominated and their parent/carer agrees to abide by the Hockey Australia Code of Conduct which is part of your Hockey ACT registration. You are also bound by the Hockey Albury Wodonga Representative Code of Conduct which is on the HAW website. You are also committing to be a financial member with Hockey ACT in 2023.
