Meal Request Form December 22nd Pick Up
Grant Public Schools will be providing meals for students choosing the remote learning option. This week's bag will include 2 breakfast meals and 2 lunch meals per student (no school December 23rd, 24th, and 25th). Please complete a separate form for each of your GPS students. This form will close at NOON on Friday, December 18th. **Food allergy: A doctor's note and paperwork will need to be on file with the district before any component of a meal can be substituted.
Meals MUST be picked up on Tuesday, December 22nd ONLY between the hour of 8:30 am - 9:30 am in the Middle School South parking lot/8th grade doors.
