Submitted reports are reviewed by the Augsburg Employee Safety Committee.
You may submit anonymously or include your name and contact information if you’d like follow-up. Because a thorough investigation often depends upon an ability to gather additional information, you are encouraged to identify yourself. The Employee Safety Committee will explore anonymous allegations to the extent possible, but will weigh the prudence of continuing such investigations against the likelihood of confirming the alleged facts or circumstances from attributable sources.
