This form is used for vendors who have in interest in vending at one of our events.  This would be for General Merchandise and Food Vendors.  Psychics, Mediums and Spiritual Healers who are not active members of the SCSCMA can also fill out this form, but are required to have Board Approval (A separate process) before being allowed to offer these services to the public during our events.
