Democratic Party of Denver Reorg Information Session RSVP
During February of each odd-numbered year, the Democratci Party of Denver undergoes a reorganization (reorg), in which all elected positions in the county party (with the exception of PCPs, who are elected at caucus) are up for election to a 2-year term. This includes the four county officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer), the officers of each House sub-district (Captain, Co-Captain, and appointed Finance Chair), and the officers of each House and Senate District (Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary).

In addition, members are elected or appointed to a variety of County-wide committees, as well as the State Executive and State Central committees.

You don’t need to be a PCP or other member of the County Central Committee to run for these positions. You do need to be a registered Democrat in the relevant district or sub-district

If you would like to learn more about the various elected and committee positions that will be filled at Reorg, come to our information session at Christ Church United Methodist, 690 Colorado Blvd, at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, Jan 15.

We will begin with an overview of all the positions, then will have break-out sessions so you can speak to current officers and committee members about the positions that interest you most.

RSVP by Monday, January 14th so we can be sure to have enough materials available.
