1. Admission
Students must filled-out Registration Form completely for admission. Please note that Kindermusik with Ms Karen & Friends requires the contact information of one parent and/or a guardian be provided for communication and emergency purposes. The classes for the term must be paid in full.

2. Leaves / Sick Leaves / Make-up classes and refunds
Please be noticed that, once you have picked the dates and time for your classes, they will not be changed. No refund or make‐up class will be arranged under the new students special offer. (In case of any dispute, we have the right to disapprove your registration, all fees will not be refunded.)

3. Accompanied by an Adult
Each child (0-3 years old) must be accompanied by an adult at all times while class is going on. Only one adult per child is permitted onto the premises, except in special circumstances. Please note that we prefer that a child is accompanied by a parent or their usual caregiver to allow better learning experience. Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times whilst in class. Kareative Kids Ltd. and Dreamland Playground cannot accept any such responsibility.

4. Safety
Kindermusik with Ms Karen & Friends  and Dreamland Playground reserves the right to require anyone, child or adult, to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others. Attending adults are responsible for the safety of their child/children all the time. This includes but not limited to children or adults with high fever, cases of strong cough and colds, etc. as well as the use of all materials and equipment and to ensure that you and your child/children behave in a way to not cause injury or abuse to other children or adults.

5. Weather Policies
In the event of Typhoon Signal 3 (or higher), or of Red/Black rain, all Kindermusik classes are suspended, Families will not be notified. In case of the mentioned severe weather conditions, students will be given one other time slot for their make-up class; for absences on the given make-up class time slot, the class will not be rearranged and no refund is allowed.

6. Photographs & Videos
 As safety and privacy is our concern, should you wish to take photos of children in class, please do so only with their parent/guardian’s consent. Photographs and/or videos taken by Kindermusik with Ms Karen & Friends during class time or any school programmed activity are property of Kindermusik with Ms Karen & Friends and may be used for any other promotion and/or advertising purpose without previous consent from parents. Should you wish NOT for photos to be taken of your child, please notify us in advance.
