This is an urgent request for project information responding to the COVID-19 epidemic. Architects and others are seeking information to respond to the surge in cases and community needs.

Complete the form below detailing a COVID-19 project—or a collaborative initiative addressing the pandemic—that is either being planned, in progress, or completed. Include the project's location, type of construction, and available images.
