WHO ARE WE?
The Connected Foundation strives to combat social isolation among youth and older adults in a systematic, community-driven manner by building intergenerational connections.

VOLUNTEER INFO
So far, students from MIT, Bates College, Harvard, and Wellesley College have begun working on Connected with a focus in the Boston Area. Our team is growing everyday. We would love to bring on dedicated, compassionate volunteers. We are especially interested in recruiting self-motivated and creative students. We encourage you to apply, bring ideas to the volunteer team, and ask questions as we go!

Education & Activity Program: Teach mini-courses and lead engaging activities!

Health Advocacy: Work with community-based organizations (CBOs), social workers, lawyers, and healthcare providers to develop resources and videos with information to improve health and wellness among older adults.

Mentorship & Matching: Get matched with an older adult based on your interests!

Tech Empowerment: Design and teach short lessons about Zoom, messaging, email, etc.
