HCMS PTA Online Volunteer Form
Volunteers are needed to make the HCMS PTA a success!
PTA-sponsored programs benefit all Hungary Creek students and would not be possible without YOUR support. It takes many hands to coordinate and run these programs, so there is a great need for volunteers in order to support all the PTA offers. You are welcome to participate in any way that you can. Volunteer opportunities are available for everyone, whether you’re a working parent or have small children at home!

Bookstore: This is a great way to be in school, see your child in his/ her natural habitat without embarrassing them! You can choose either before school or during lunch in the HCMS Bookstore and how often you volunteer.
Harvest Dance: Your choice of helping to plan, decorate, set up, chaperone, work the snack table, help with photo booth, etc.
Student V. Staff Basketball: Your choice of helping to plan, decorate, set up, work the food table, take tickets, etc.
Lip Sync Battle: Your choice of helping to plan, decorate, set up, work the food table, take tickets, help clean up, etc.
8th Grade Dance: Your choice of helping to plan, decorate, set up, chaperone, work the food table, take tickets, clean up, etc.
Hospitality: Your choice of helping to plan, assist with shopping, decorate, set up, work the food table, clean up, etc.
Watch DOGS: Volunteer to be present at school. Sometimes it is just walking the halls, checking for passes. Other times, it is being another adult face in the cafeteria during lunch, between classes or in the bus loop after school. It is an easy but absolutely necessary position!
Spirit Nights: Your choice of helping to plan, set up, talk to vendors, be present to remind families at the location, help pass out flyers, etc.
Spirit Wear: Help to organize and hand out orders. Volunteer at events to help Spirit Wear Chair at the Bookstore table.
Tryuuumph: Help us reward the students for great grades and great behavior by encouraging donations for rewards, contacting business who might donate goodies.
Donations (for events): For those who want to help but can't donate time, there is always a need for snacks, desserts, drinks, decorations, gift cards, and other items to be donated. This is a great place to help!
Fundraising: Your choice of helping to plan, locate sources of sponsorship, help with donations from local businesses, etc.
Info Table Volunteer (for Parent/ Teacher Nights, Curriculum Fair, Club Fair, etc): Being present to help families during these events with directions, answering questions, passing out information from the Administrative team.
