By submitting this proxy ballot, you affirm that you are a Voting Member of the congregation; that is, you have signed the UUCBV membership book and made a financial contribution (or in-kind donation) since November 13, 2019. If you are unsure of your membership status, please send an email to president@brazos-uu.org.

Complete and submit this proxy ballot, or complete and deliver an equivalent proxy ballot to the Board president, no later than Friday, November 13, 2020.
