Over the past few years, the School District has received and reviewed feedback from stakeholders on how to modify the School Progress Report (SPR) to ensure that it is aligned with research and reflective of school performance within Philadelphia. Based on this feedback, the District is planning to revise the SPR beginning with the 2018-2019 school year.

Please use this Google form to provide any feedback on the proposed SPR changes. If you do not have a comment for a particular metric, you may skip that item.
