DEPOSIT: Please note that one night deposit is required within 3 working days from booking date, to reserve your actual dates of stay. A DAMAGE DEPOSIT is also required when depositing your payment. PLEASE BE ADVISED IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR DEPOSIT SLIP ALONG WITH ONE FORM OF I.D MUST BE PROVIDED(DRIVER’S PERMIT, ID CARD OR PASSPORT)

CANCELLATION: 4 weeks prior to your arrival- 25% of the balance paid plus your damage deposit will be refunded. 2 week2 prior to your arrival you will only be refunded your damage deposit. Switching of dates can only be done 1 time only, at least 1 month prior to arrival.
