Mega Backdoor Roth
Mega backdoor Roth means making non-Roth after-tax contributions to your 401k or 403b plan, followed by rolling over the after-tax money to your Roth IRA. You are able to do it only if your employer's 401k/403b plan allows non-Roth after-tax contributions. Most plans don't allow it.
