Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
To reserve a spot in our Summer Camp program, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit secures your child’s placement and helps us prepare staffing, supplies, and programming in advance.
Cancellations made at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled camp week will be eligible for a refund of any remaining camp balance paid, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than one (1) week prior to the start of the camp week will not be eligible for any refund, including the deposit and any additional payments made.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, or early pick-ups.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain high-quality programming and appropriate staffing for all campers.
