As AOL is shutting down DMOZ by mid of March, some editors and users are wondering if it's worth to put effort into a "revival" of an "open web directory" with human editing.

In order to get a bit of structure into that process and shared effort, I would like to bring together people's mind about the ODP as well as their possible contributions to a new Directory Project.
