This conference is aimed at pre-primary, primary and high school educators, therapists, and caregivers, providing valuable insights, practical strategies, and innovative resources to support diverse learning needs.

All products are subject to approval by the coordinators of the exhibition. Please provide a clear description and photos of your products.

No rubble, storage boxes or decorations may be left at the stall after breakdown.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Approved exhibitors will receive an invoice with the relevant registration fee and banking details. Stall bookings will only be secured once the registration form and registration fees are paid in full.
  • Registration fees must be paid by 14 August 2026 . Proof of payment must be emailed to wigglyeducation@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 063 610 0882. Please use your name or your companies name as reference. Stalls will only be booked once proof of payment is received.
  • Some duplication of products might occur as we would like to give conference participants an opportunity to see what different educational companies, services and products are available. We would however minimize the duplication of products therefor all services and products are subject to approval by management of the exhibition. 
  • Exhibitor stall prices vary according to the size of the stall. See available options in the registration form.
  • Exhibitors must provide their own stall set-up, tables (limited tables available to hire) and tablecloths.  Chairs will be provided.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own stall set-up and breakdown.
  • All stalls must be fully set up by 08:00. If you plan to  only set up for the lunchtime session, please inform the coordinator in advance.   
  • Please be considered to the exhibitors around you.
  • Any display banners must be within the exhibitors stall boundaries.
  • No items may be attached to the walls of the venue.
  • Each exhibitor are responsible to keep their stalls neat throughout the exhibition.
  • Stall breakdown must be completed by 16:30. No rubble, storage boxes or decorations may be left at the stall after breakdown.
  • Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damages that occur to the venue due to negligence on their side.
  • No smoking allowed around the areas that are marked off for the conference.
  • The organizers and  Doxa Deo Kameeldrift will not be liable for any damages or lost of income due to any circumstances. Please make sure that you do not leave any valuables unattended.
  • The organizers and Doxa Deo Kameeldrift will not be responsible for the insurance of exhibitor's products.
  • Each exhibitor enters the venue at their own risk.
  • Exhibitors will receive a 50% payback if they cancel their stall before 14 August 2026 and will forfeit the registration fee if the stall is cancelled after 14 August 2026.
  • Exhibitors will have the option to rebook or cancel their booking if the event must be postponed or cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to advertise the event regularly on all their social media platforms.
  • Feel free to send us any updated information, photos or any specials that we can add to our marketing platforms.
  • A final description and photo of any sponsored prizes must be send to the coordinators by 21 August 2026 and must be handed in at the conference registration table on 29 August 2026 by 7:30. Please mark your prize with your company name in order to receive recognition at the conference lucky draw.
