We are seeking to add a handful of local food vendors to our event. We are looking to attract vendors who consider themselves environmentally conscious and who have fresh exciting menus to offer our attendees.
We are preparing for the largest gathering at Ponderosa yet with a goal of 1500 per day in attendance for three days. The majority of our attendees are in the 25-40 year age range and are lovers of live music and nature and are people who have a desire for one-of-a-kind experiences. Ponderosa is an all ages event but is catered for mature audiences and the young at heart.
The fee for a Food Vendor Pass is $147.00 to be paid upfront + 10% of total sales to be collected daily. Your Food Vendor Pass includes complimentary onsite camping for all three nights of the event + parking.
Once a vendor has been selected, more information will be emailed, as well as instruction on how to send the vendor fees. Vendors will be required to pay their vendor fee in full by the deadline emailed to them in order to reserve their space.
Vendors are required to provide all tents, tables, lighting, etc. required for operation. Ponderosa is not responsible for supplying these items.
Food vendors are required to provide all operator certification including approval from the local health authority.
A reminder that there are no pets permitted on site.
The minimum hours of operation for all vendors will be from 2PM-11PM Friday, August 17, and from 12PM-10PM on Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19. You are welcome to stay open later if you'd like, but are not required to.
