I. Application Process -
Please submit this application to be considered as an official Wander Down festival volunteer. We will let you know if you have been selected.
II. Requirements -
All staff members are required to work a minimum of 9 hours, three (3) hour shifts.
You will receive one weekend festival pass for completing the three shifts.
All accepted staff members are required to attend the mandatory introductory meeting on (date TBD)
III: Volunteer Terms and Conditions
I agree to turn up to my rostered shifts on time, and to advise the Wander Down Music Festival staff well in advance if my availability for rostered shifts changes. I agree to work under the guidance and supervision of Wander Down Music Festival staff.I agree to turn up to my first rostered shift 10 minutes before the scheduled staff so as to be informed of particulars of the role and the venue.I will not turn up to a rostered shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.I understand that a staff member engaged in illegal or unprofessional acts while representing Wander Down Festival will be asked to leave and will not be accepted again in the volunteer programI agree to advise Wander Down Music Festival staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.I agree to inform my supervisor immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.As a member of the Wander Down Music Festival team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival.I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with WDMF staff and comply with any safety procedures as requested.I understand that if I am unable to complete my allocated shifts, I may be asked to return my wristband.I understand that I am volunteering my services to WDMF and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
