I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance in activities or participation in Walson Chinese School (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Walson Chinese School, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Walson Chinese School, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any Walson Chinese School activities.

I acknowledge that I voluntarily send my child/children to the Walson Chinese School located at Fayetteville, Arkansas, to learn Chinese and to participate in various activities sponsored by the Walson Chinese School.
I understand that I am responsible for the safety of my child/children at the Walson Chinese School.  I also understand that the board members, principal, officers, and other volunteers of the Walson Chinese School are parents who voluntarily help running the Walson Chinese School and do not have responsibilities for the safety of my child/children.

I forever release the Walson Chinese School, its board members, principal, officials, and other volunteers from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my child participation in Walson Chinese School activities and (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.
I understand that Releasees mentioned above are board members, principal, officials, and other volunteers.
I understand that it is each parent's responsibility to pick up his/her child(ren) on time and ensure child(ren) followings school safety provisions.

Although the school authority will try to accommodate any late pickups, I understand that no supervision is available for children before the school starts or after the school ends

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents.  I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the Walson Chinese School, and sign it of my own free will.
