ARTS of PA Gender Affirming Item Request Form
This request form is for gender affirming items like binders, gaffs, prosthetics, cosmetics, etc. We do not provide financial assistance for medically affirming expenses like HRT, surgery, etc. Requests for gender affirming items are taken on a rolling basis, and requests that we are able to meet will be fulfilled by the end of each month. Only one item can be supported per person each month.

ARTS of PA is committed to supporting transgender or non-binary people who cannot afford or otherwise access transition related items that would bring them more gender euphoria. Please do not apply if you have the financial ability or access to pay for gender affirming resources.
