The event will be held on Saturday, March 14th, from 10am - 2pm at the Eureka Springs Community Center. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in being a vendor. Vendors will bring the items they wish to sell, along with chocolate samples to be given out to 800 attendees. Vendors will be supplied with a tablecloth-covered table (roughly 6ft.) and two chairs. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own displays, table decorations, signage, etc. Vendors may set up beginning at 8am and are asked to have setup completed no later than 9:30am. This application does not guarantee your participation as a vendor for this event. A Chamber staff member will reach out to you once your application is received. There will be live entertainment during the duration of the event, so please, no speakers or sound amplifying devices.
