Thank you for considering telling us what you are concerned about. At The Ridgeway we are committed to doing our very best to ensure you are safe and happy both inside and outside school, and strive to make sure you are supported as best we can.

Before telling us about your concern, please understand:

1. This is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger you should dial 999.

2. If it is outside school hours and you really need to talk to somebody you can call Childline 24 hours a day on 0800 1111.

3. Please consider discussing your concerns with your parent / carer first. You can always still report your concern after this.
