- Athletes are eligible for nomination five (5) years after their graduation from VLHS.

- Coaches are eligible for nomination if they are retired or are no longer coaching at VLHS. An active VLHS coach must have 20 years of service to the school.

- Contributors (non-athlete, non-coach) are eligible for nomination at any time and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

- NOMINATIONS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED REMAIN ACTIVE FOR 3 YEARS.

- Please type "N/A" for fields not applicable to the type of nomination (Athlete, Coach, Contributor) being submitted
