Thank you for your interest in coaching our Athletes!  While we appreciate you volunteering we would like to ensure your a good fit for our program and a good fit for the team you are interested in coaching.  Please fill out this application and submit it as soon as possible so that we decide and train our staff for the season.

Our PCA directors believe that our coaches should understand the importance of building well-rounded athletes.  We demand coaches that have the best interest of the TEAM in mind when making all decisions.  Coaches should follow expectations set and work in cooperation with the Directors and Head Coaches as we want to develop similar styles and form as they move through the program.  We also expect coaches to work side by side with the directors to grow routines throughout the year.  PCA staff is one Big Team of Coaches!

As a Junior Coach you are truly a role model to our Athletes and we expect you to uphold that title. You should be on time and prepared for practice and keep an open line of communication with the Head Coach. It is often difficult to separate playtime from cheer practice but it is important that the athlete remained focused during practice. You may receive community service hours for your service.
