LIL-CON #7 - Artist/Vendor Application - (tentatively closes 4/19/2019 at 9PM EST)
Hello and thank you for wanting to run a game at our convention. This year it's 2 days. Saturday June 27th and Sunday June 28th.
Tables are free, however, for all accepted artists/vendors, we are requesting a mandatory $30 deposit that will be held and refunded to you 1 hour before the end of the convention (Sunday June 28th at 6PM). This assures us that artists/vendors will show up and stay for the entire portion of the convention. If you are selected you will have 5 days to send the deposit for your space in the form of cash or by paypal. Refunds on the day of show, shall be given back to artists/vendors in the form of cash.Those who are accepted will also be provided a contract for their space in which is mandatory to be read, acknowledged, signed and mailed back also within 5 days of pre-acceptance.
NOTE: We are a convention that does not tolerate bootlegging in which we have a product manager to check all forms of merchandise so it is deemed authentic. Absolutely no bootlegs are allowed.

Spaces are limited. Due to limited space, condensing spaces to 4 foot spaces are greatly appreciated, but we do recognize some artists/vendors do need more space. All space options will be considered for all vendors with equal opportunity for a space.
