Tables are free, however, for all accepted artists/vendors, we are requesting a mandatory $30 deposit that will be held and refunded to you on the date of the convention at 10PM. This assures us that artists/vendors will show up and stay for the entire portion of the convention. If you are selected you will have 5 days to send the deposit for your space in the form of cash or by paypal. Refunds on the day of show, shall be given back to artists/vendors in the form of cash.Those who are accepted will also be provided a contract for their space in which is mandatory to be read, acknowledged, signed and mailed back also within 5 days of pre-acceptance.
NOTE: We are a convention that does not tolerate bootlegging in which we have a product manager to check all forms of merchandise so it is deemed authentic. Absolutely no bootlegs are allowed.
