Age: 6-12 Years ONLY ( must be at least 6 by September, no exceptions)
Monthly Tuition Fee: $40/month
Annual Admin & Supplies Fee: $50 (one time)
Payment information for one-time and monthly plans must be provided in person at the office on the first day of school (Sept 7, 2025. Registration is not confirmed until we receive this payment information.
For Returning Students, if you give consent on this form to use your previous payment details, your registration will be confirmed once this form is submitted.
