Grab and Go Meal Sign Up For Virtual Learners
🛑 This sign up is for the WEEK of May 10 (DUE BY SUNDAY May 9 @ 9PM).

REMINDER: If there is no school there is no meal distribution for that day. If there is a late start there is meal distribution as usual.

Important Information: Grab and Go Meal Pick Up is on Tuesdays and Fridays and is for students who are in a virtual learning model or temporarily learning online due to illness, quarantine, etc.. Do not use this sign up if your student is attending school in the buildings or they will be charged at $3.85 for the lunch or $2.00 for the breakfast meal as they are not eligible for the free meal program currently in place.

Meal pick up at each building is from 8:00 - 8:15 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays. Arrive with your mask on and proceed to the pick-up line for the building you have chosen on the form.

○ On Tuesday, pick up includes meals for Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
○ On Friday, pick up includes meals for Friday and Monday.
○ Students/parents will pick up meals from THE PICKUP BUILDING THEY SELECT IN THE SURVEY.
○ Menus are subject to change.

Oxford Elementary - front main school entrance
Tiffin Elementary - back kitchen door behind the building
Oak Hill Elementary - back kitchen door behind the building
North Bend Elementary - back kitchen door behind the building
Middle School - front main school entrance
High School - south door near the curve that goes around behind the school
