L.E.A.D. Fellowship Application
Let's Empower, Advocate, and Do, Inc. (LEAD) is currently accepting applications for three remaining fellowship positions! LEAD, Inc. provides mental health training and curriculum to schools, summer camps, and organizations to promote mental health education and adolescent wellbeing.

Applications are due by Sunday, December 9th, 2018 at 11:59pm. Interviews will take place December 17th-21st. Fellowship orientation will take place on Wednesday, January 17th from 7-9pm.

Available Positions:

1. Sales & Outreach Fellow (Training & Certification Focus)
(Tasks include: Organizing spreadsheets with customer data, researching existing summer camps, atheletic departments, and community nonprofits who serve youth, and creating marketing materials for LEAD's mental health training and certification programs for relevant audiences.)

2. Sales & Outreach Fellow (High School Focus)
(Tasks include: Organizing spreadsheets with customer data, researching existing private, public and charter high schools,, creating marketing materials for LEAD's Health Educator Toolkit, and communicating with high schools to facilitate pilot partnerships and data collection.)

3. Training Development
(Tasks include: Creating original training content (powerpoints, worksheets, resources, etc.) for educators, camp professional, and athletic professional audiences to teach mental health topics such as mindfulness, suicide prevention, sexual violence and mental health, LGBTQIA+ youth and mental illness, crisis response, mood disorders, eating disorders, cultural competency in mental health, etc.)

Benefits:
$100/Sale Commission for Sales Positions
$200/Semester Stipend for Non-Sales Positions
FREE Youth Mental Health First Aid certification ($170 value)
Hands-on experience, innovative work, and tangible change making for students interested in mental health education and social entrepreneurship

Eligibility:
Currently enrolled in or graduated from undergraduate program
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Highly motivated and has excellent organizational skills
Passion for mental health education
Innovative mindset, self-starter, creative
Hardworking and responsible with time
Prior knowledge of mental illness/health education promotion

Responsibilities:
​8-10 hrs/week (Mosty virtual "Do it in your pajamas!")
Weekly 1-hour in-person/Google Hangout meeting and monthly in-person team meetings
