Thank you for attending an IIUSA seminar/webinar! To process your CLE credit application, please fill out the following form.

Any request for credit must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the conclusion of the event. Processing of credits cannot be guaranteed after 2 weeks and all credit approval is subject to each individual state bar. Credit is not guaranteed for states that do not accept reciprocity from the State of California, though every effort is made to have credit approved.
