This form must be completely filled out with detailed information to be considered for approval.
Requests will be reviewed by the Funding Committee weekly(Tuesday Evenings). To be considered for the review session that week, your request must be in by 7PM Tuesdays. After review from the funding board, it will be voted on the next SGA meeting. You may be contacted for further information on your request if it is unclear, or there are questions, so keep an eye on your emails!
Funding Committee Meetings will be every Tuesday at 8:00pm.

**Submissions after 12/03 meeting should be for the Spring semester in 2025**
Guidelines:
1. Must be for undergraduate students (majority of club members must be undergraduates)
2. Must be for the betterment of the student body (example: t-shirts for club members only does not better the student body)
3. Must be submitted with ample time to plan and process
4. Must include the specific date and time of the program, event, or activity
5. Must consider utilizing money in the respective club's agency account prior to requesting additional funds
6. Conference's and other types of club related travel will be considered but a limited amount per person at a maximum of $400. A budget request that reflects this is still up to the discretion of the finance committee.
