SGA Expense Request Form 
This form must be completely filled out with detailed information to be considered for approval. 
Requests will be reviewed by the Funding Committee weekly(Tuesday Evenings). To be considered for the review session that week, your request must be in by 7PM Mondays. After review from the funding board, it will be voted on the next SGA meeting. You may be contacted for further information on your request if it is unclear, or there are questions, so keep an eye on your emails! 
Funding Committee Meetings will be every Monday at 7:00pm.

SGA General Assembly Meeting Dates(All Tuesdays at 9:00pm):
**NOTE: If you have submitted a request for funding, you should plan to attend the meeting following the submission request in case there are questions or concerns that come up from the SGA.

**Submissions will close on 05/06 after SGA meeting and reopen beginning in the fall for all Fall Semester 2025 consideration.**

Guidelines: 
1. Must be for undergraduate students (majority of club members must be undergraduates)
2. Must be for the betterment of the student body (example: t-shirts for club members only does not better the student body)
3. Must be submitted with ample time to plan and process 
4. Must include the specific date and time of the program, event, or activity
5. Must consider utilizing money in the respective club's agency account prior to requesting additional funds
6. Conference's and other types of club related travel will be considered but a limited amount per person at a maximum of $400. A budget request that reflects this is still up to the discretion of the finance committee.
