Welcome! This is a survey conducted through the blog
Hiring Librarians. It is intended to be taken by people who are currently job hunting in a LIS field. Responses will be posted on the blog and used in related work.
There are four sections:
- Your Demographics and Search Parameters
- The Process
- You and Your Well-Being
- Job Hunting Post Grad School (please skip this section if it doesn't apply to you)
It should take 10-20 minutes to complete.This survey is a little longer than previous surveys! There are 37 questions. No questions are required. You may navigate around and look at all the questions before answering any, skip backwards and forwards, edit before submitting, etc.
Please assume your responses will be posted on the blog as you have written them. If you are interested in anonymity, omit any information that would compromise it.
If you are interested in being featured as part of a blog post, one question asks for your email (I will not post it). I will work with you to make sure you approve of everything that is posted.
