Gleaning Survey for Fruit and Veg Producers
This survey is being conducted by UpRoot, LiveWell Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Farmer's Union as part of a collaborative research project to identify and enhance meaningful incentives (e.g., tax credits; trained labor; etc.) for farmers to donate surplus crops. Your email is used only to track individual responses and will not be shared. Upon completion you will be entered to win an RMFU annual membership (if you live in Colorado) and one of two $50 gift cards (all)!

Gleaning is the act of gathering left over produce after a harvest. "Left over" produce includes seconds, imperfects, or produce that will not be sold/distributed for any reason; i.e., produce that is not economically profitable to harvest.

We are interested in determining the need and desire for expanding regionally based gleaning efforts, as well as how these efforts can also benefit farmers. We appreciate you taking the time to answer the following questions. Please provide any further information or thoughts below!
