Includes: Continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf (including cart), award banquet, steak dinner, and two drinks from the beverage cart or bar

Prize Donation (please give brief description) We rely on your donations as the source of the prizes for our raffles. Please consider donating to our drawings. Prizes maybe dropped off at our office (312 Central Suite 556). Please drop donations off at least a week prior to the event for better accounting and recognition of donors. If needed call Paul at 612-710-8782 to arrange for pick-up.
