Clinton Church Tours
A limited number of in-person tours are available via advance reservations from June through October. Additional dates may be added upon request for groups of 10 or more.

The fourty-five minute tour will begin at the Clinton A. M. E. Zion Church located at 9 Elm Court in Great Barrington, MA. 

There is a minimum suggested donation of $25 per tour participant. Contributions can be made via QR code, online, or via contribution envelope provided onsite.

Please note that there is no parking at this site. Visitors and tour participants are encouraged to travel to the Church by foot to reflect on the route through town as the local residents and congregants would have experienced it on their way to worship.

Saturdays in the Sanctuary is a 45 minute guided tour which highlights the historic past and aspirational future of the Clinton A. M. E. Zion Church which is currently being historically preserved and will then be reimagined as The W. E. B. Du Bois Center for Freedom and Democracy in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

A longer Downtown Great Barrington tour that allows visitors to Walk in the Footsteps of W. E. B. Du Bois will also be available from June through September.  Please email office@duboisfreedomcenter.org for details.
Large Group Tours
For groups of 10 or more visitors, we may be able to schedule a special tour of the Clinton A. M. E. Zion Church or Downtown Du Bois sites.
