Sunset Supper Vendor Application 2020
FRIDAY AUGUST 14th, 2020.
Vendor priority deadline is March 31, 2020!
In 2020, we celebrate 25 years of Seattle's favorite tradition - Sunset Supper at Pike Place Market!
Your vendor participation will help the Market Foundation nurture a thriving Market community so that everyone within it can live their best life possible. Last year, we helped 13,000 people access healthy food, housing, healthcare, education and more.
THANK YOU to our vendors who come back year after year. And, THANK YOU to new vendors joining us this year!
Participating Vendors agree to:
- Donate, prepare and serve 1,400 bites/sips to 1,700 attendees
- Load-in/out into the Market in a busy, tight timeline on Friday, August 14th, 2020
- Bring your own cooking/cooling equipment and communicate electrical needs to Event Manager
- Use only compostable serving products
- Donate product or gift card to raffle
- Provide UBI #, Business License # and Temporary Food Permit for event licensing purposes
- Promote your participation with your fans!
Pike Place Market Foundation will provide:
- Extensive promotion via web, poster distribution, tv and other media
- A table, ice and hand-wash stations
- Parking pass
- Tax receipts for your in-kind donation to our 501c3
- Eternal gratitude for your participation. We could not do our biggest fundraiser of the year without YOU!
Food Vendors - Please sign up NOW to secure your spot at Sunset Supper 2020. If you do not know your menu, electric, or special needs, please just fill out TBD and we will coordinate closer to the event.
